Mike Redman

Mike Redman is the founding partner of Redman Pools. With over twenty years of commercial construction experience, Mike is a well respected leader in the industry.

Jim McCleskey

Jim is the Director of Sales & Marketing.  He combines 15 years of management experience with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has been involved in the design and construction of over 2500 pools throughout the state of Texas.

Jared Bellar

Jared is the Lead Project Manager for Redman Pools. An air force veteran and cradle pool man, Jared executes every project with a militaristic efficiency. Before joining our team, he worked as Project Manager for Redman Construction for 5 years.

Sean Herbold - Commercial Sales and Construction

Sean brings over 10 years of management and finance experience with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Business Administration degree from St. Edward's University. He combines strong business acumen with a well-developed sense of urgency to the challenges of commercial construction.

Mark Simonton - Senior Designer

Mark Simonton, Senior Design Consultant, grew up in the pool industry and has over 40 years experience working on and designing beautiful waterscapes. Mark is knowledgeable in all construction phases, outdoor kitchens, landscaping and overhead structures. His favorite quote in business is “People expect good service but few are willing to give it." -Robert Gately

David Butler - Senior Designer

Former Treasurer for National Pool and Spa Institute, with a broad range of experience in designing, marketing and networking with in the swimming pool industry for over 36 years. Devoted father of two and married for 35 years. Loves bluewater sailing and traveling on his sailboat.

John Mutolo - Senior Designer

John “Papa” Mutolo has been in the swimming pool industry for over 30 years. During that time, he designed nearly 2000 beautiful back yards for my customers. He’s very proud to be part of the Redman Pools team.

Paul Comeaux - Senior Designer

Paul brings over 15 years of experience that includes designing, building, and servicing 1000s of pools in the Houston area.
